Concept developed in late 2024, this suburban Taranaki home reinterprets classic residential character through a contemporary lens. The design respects the familiar scale and warmth of its neighbourhood context while introducing refined, modern interventions tailored to relaxed family living.

Carefully considered for durability, comfort, and long term performance, the project balances tradition with innovation. It demonstrates how existing suburban homes can be thoughtfully evolved to meet modern expectations without losing their sense of place.
